Our Process
Home Maintenance and Small Projects
Because small projects can be a bit challenging to quote accurately, we generally prefer a flexible approach, usually based on time and materials. While we can often give you a rough idea of the costs involved, we may not be able to provide a fixed quote.
Our dispatch fee is $400, encompassing up to 3 hours of service. Beyond this initial period, our rate is $120 per hour.

New Construction and Remodel Projects
After an initial call to assess compatibility, we offer a complimentary initial meeting to discuss your project, provide suggestions, and establish a budget. Once we establish a desire to work together we move on to the design phase.
During the design phase, we embark on the initial planning journey together. Our collaborative effort begins with meetings to establish design criteria, craft initial plans, and explore project objectives. Should the need arise, we'll engage in collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers to shape a plan that aligns perfectly with your requirements. This collaborative process leads to the collection of subcontractor bids and the development of a comprehensive scope of work. By the end of this phase, you will possess a set of detailed plans, specifications, and a clear understanding of the project's estimated cost.
As the planning phase wraps up, we're thrilled to present you with the opportunity to partner with us and bring your project to life. At this juncture, our team will coordinate all aspects of your project.
As we approach the final stages of your project, our commitment to excellence shines through. We conduct meticulous inspections to ensure that all work is not just completed but also meets the exacting standards outlined in the construction documents. We firmly believe that it's our responsibility, not yours, to identify and rectify any deficiencies during this critical phase. Our goal is to deliver a flawless project that exceeds your expectations.
Where We Work
We primarily serve the western suburbs of Denver including Lakewood, Golden, Littleton, Morrison, Evergreen, Arvada, Edgewater, Wheat Ridge, and Broomfield. If you are outside of our service area please contact us to see if we are able to make an exception to provide you with our services.

Removing a railing on a stairway, repairing holes in a wall, and helping repair an entire wall of my basement after another company gutted it and left it in shambles. “To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter today to recommend Matthew Haraminac as builder.
Mr. Haraminac has completed many projects for us, as follows:
1) Matthew trimmed our new custom built house. His finish carpentry skill is excellent.
2) Matthew consulted with us on our new house on many issues. He can translate what the engineer and building inspector say so that we can understand. He knows building code and always has his reference material.
3) Matthew had to correct the main builder of our new house as far as heating system design, electrical runs, framing errors, design problems, and materials.
4) Matthew remodeled the kitchen in our condo property. Again, his work is without question top quality.
5) Matthew installed the on-demand water heater in our new house. It easily passed inspection.
6) Matthew de-constructed my office condo. To take something apart, you need to understand how it was built.

“In 2011 Matthew Haraminac was the project manager for the remodel of our rental property in Lakewood, CO. Many subcontractors were utilized and matthew efficiently managed the crews as they updated the kitchen and bathroom, installed new flooring, painted the interior and exterior, re-landscaped the yard, installed a new roof, driveway, and fence. As a project manager, Matthew did a fine job ensuring that deadlines were met even when we encountered challenges. He communicated clearly and explained things in a way that made it easy for us to understand.
In 2022 Matthew completed a total renovation of our bathroom in our personal residence which included gutting the bathroom, installing new plumbing and electrical, insulating the exterior wall, installing new drywall and tile, and installing new plumbing and lighting fixtures. Matthew’s workmanship was top notch and we are very happy with the final result.
Also in 2022, Matthew prepared our rental property in Denver for air sealing and then managed a subcontractor (AreoBarrier) for the air-sealing service. After the air sealing was complete, Matthew installed new trim in the property and got the property ready to rent by completing a punch list for us. We were, again, very happy with Matthew’s services.
